We will approach selected organisations from the database to apply for funding support.
5. Government Funding
Approach the Australian Government through DFAT to ask for funds to support the project.
The Australian government supports education in the Indo-Pacific region through various initiatives, including scholarships, bi- lateral partnerships, and regional programs focused on quality learning and equitable participation. These efforts aim to im- prove education access, learning outcomes, and overall wellbeing in partner countries.
Funding can include :- School Fees, Travel, Clothing, Computer, Mobile Phone, Phone charges, Living Allowances, Boarding Costs, Internet Connection Costs, School Supplies.
The Fund will be managed by a committee of Rotarians that are interested in providing access to education for selected students that would otherwise be unable to further their education due to economic challenges. Fund may also be used for improving School Facilities in the Indo Pacific region.
